Oriental Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 1 12 oz. bagbroccoli slaw; or two bunches of broccoli |
| 2 bunchesgreen onion; sliced thin |
| 3/4 cupvegetable oil |
| 1/3 cupapple cider vinegar |
| 1/2 cupsugar |
| 2 3oz. packsBeef flavored Ramon noodles; crushed |
| 1 cupsunflower seeds |
| 1 cupsalted soy nuts |
Oriental Broccoli Slaw Preparation
Combine broccoli and green onions in a zip lock bag. Combine vegetable oil, vinegar and sugar in a jar; shake well to combine. Pour over broccoli. Refrigerate bad until ready to serve. Combine noodles, ONE flavor packet from Ramon Noodles, seeds and nuts in another bag. When ready to serve, toss it all together and serve.
