Appetizers          
Original recipe makes 20
3/4 cCheddar cheese; shredded
3/4 cCelery; diced
2 Green onions; chopped
10 minipitas
Paprika
1/3 cMayonnaise
1 7-oz cnwhite tuna, canned; flaked
2 tbGreen pickle relish

Tuna Melt Pitas Preparation

Drain and flake tuna. In bowl, combine tuna, celery, Cheddar, mayonnaise, onions and relish. Cut pitas in half to form circles; arrange on baking sheet. Top each half with heaping tablespoon tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. (Pitas can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.) Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes or until Cheddar melts. Makes 20 appetizers.
