| 3/4 cCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 3/4 cCelery; diced |
| 2 Green onions; chopped |
| 10 minipitas |
| Paprika |
| 1/3 cMayonnaise |
| 1 7-oz cnwhite tuna, canned; flaked |
| 2 tbGreen pickle relish |
Tuna Melt Pitas Preparation
Drain and flake tuna. In bowl, combine tuna, celery, Cheddar, mayonnaise, onions and relish. Cut pitas in half to form circles; arrange on baking sheet. Top each half with heaping tablespoon tuna mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. (Pitas can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.) Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes or until Cheddar melts. Makes 20 appetizers.
