| 1 CloveFresh garlic, peeled; Chopped |
| 250 gramMinced pork |
| 100 GramsWater chestnuts |
| 2 tablespoonsSpring onion; Chopped |
| 1 tablespoonFish sauce |
| 1 TeaspoonSoy sauce |
| 1 PinchWhite sugar |
| PinchWhite pepperc; Ground |
| 24 Wonton wrappers |
| .5 CupSweet chilli sauce |
Steamed Pork Wontons Preparation
In mortor, pound coriander and garlic.
Transfer to mixing bowl with pork, water chestnuts, onion, egg, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, peppercorn. Mix
Place teaspoon of mixture in each wonton wrapper, then moisten edges with a little water.
Pull edges together to make a pouch. Place wontons in large steamer basket and steam, covered for 8-10 min.
Serve with chilli sauce.
