Combine all spices in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over high heat.
Drain the excess fat from the pan. Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in spice mix and water. [You can add more if you like your tacos extra saucy, but 1 cup should do!]
Simmer approximately 5 minutes until the beef is flavorful and the spices are well combined.
To assemble the taco:
Fill each taco shell with (in any order): a generous 3 tablespoons taco meat, 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon cheese, 1 tablespoon tomato, 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 teaspoon onion.
