"Tuna is a difficult dish to make in my house because we all like it cooked differently. My hubby is very picky and we all loved this dish. I served his fully cooked, mine just seared and our sons was medium. Plated over a dish of julienne buttered vegetables (Lima beans, carrots, zucchini & celery) and rice it was wonderful.
Will be cooking this again many times.

Kids loved it too. Used a capful of rice vinegar. Nice glaze on the grill. Btw probably tripled the sugar also.
