We created this over time and everyone LOVES it
Peel and boil potatoes
Cut up chicken in pan and cook
Drain chicken and add back to pan
Add BBQ Sauce (amount to taste) to the chicken and let simmer
Mash potatoes and add seasonings to taste
Microwave your frozen peas
When serving we put the mashed potatoes on bottom, then chicken then peas on top. Some of us add extra BBQ sauce to the top.
