Suggest a better descriptionCombine garlic and pepper. Press small amount onto each side of steaks. Heat skillet coted with olive oil over med heat. cook the steaks, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes or until they readch 160 dgrs. Remove the steaks and keep warm. Clean skillet and coat with cooking spray. Over med heat, add onions, peppers, garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. in a bowl, combine boullion paprika, and water, cook in skillet over med heat until there is 1/2 c. Spoon over steak and serve.
