Original recipe makes 1 Servings
3 Eggs; beaten until foamy
3/4 cupsugar
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
1 cuprich milk

Mama's Egg Custard Preparation

Add all to eggs and beat until fluffy.

1 cup rich milk, added and mixed.

Pour into unbaked crust and bake about 25 or 30 minutes, at 425 degrees, until the egg mixture is set.
