Taco Soup
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 2 poundsGround Beef |
| 1 White onion; finely chopped |
| 1 can (14.5 oz)Black Beans |
| 1 can (14.5 oz)Dark Red Kidney Beans |
| 1 can (14.5 oz)Pinto beans |
| 2 can (14.5 oz)White Corn Kernels |
| 2 packagesTaco Seasoning |
| 2 packagesHidden Valley Ranch Mix |
| 1 can (14.5 oz)Petite Diced Tomatoes |
| 1 canRotel (original) |
| 2 Jalapeno peppers; pickled to your liking |
Taco Soup Preparation
Add Ground Beef and Onion to a Large skillet or dutch oven.
Saute Onions and brown the ground beef. Once done, drain the grease.
Add all remaining ingredients into Crock Pot or Dutch Oven with ground beef and onions. DO NOT DRAIN liquids from all the cans of ingredients, add them to the pot. No salt or pepper is necessary.
Heat in Crock pot on 6 hours or cook over stove top until desired consistency.
