Vegan Trail Mix Cookies

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cupsWhole wheat pastry flour |
| 1/2 cupWhite flour |
| 2 teaspoonsBaking powder |
| 1 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1/2 cupSugar (1/4 C splenda + 1/4 C organic sugar) |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 cupDark chocolate chips |
| 2/3 cupWalnuts; chopped |
| 1/2 cupSunflower seeds |
| 1/4 cupCraisins |
| 1/3 cupMaple syrup |
| 1/2 teaspoonBlackstrap molasses |
| 1/4 cupCanola Oil |
| 1/2 cupUnsweetened applesauce |
| 4 teaspoonsVanilla |
Vegan Trail Mix Cookies Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients into a medium bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients into a small bowl.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir everything together but don't over stir. The combined mixture should be a very thick dough. Form the dough into cookies. If the dough is too dry add 1 teaspoon of canola oil and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. If the dough is too wet add 1 teaspoon of flour at a time.
Bake the cookies for 11 minutes.
