Crustless egg pie

| 8 Eggs; scrambled |
| 6 ouncesOrganic Pork Breakfast Sausage; Organic Prairie |
| 1/2 cupcooked broccoli |
| 1/2 cupcooked cauliflower |
| 4 ouncescooked carrots |
| 2 ouncesDaiya Mozzarella Cheese |
Egg and Veggie Pie Preparation
Brown the sausage in skillet. Chop veggies and add to sausage mixture. Coat bottom of 9 inch pie plate with coconut oil. Add veggies. Sprinkle Daiya cheese on top. Add egg mixture. Bake in oven 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
