Original recipe makes 8 Servings
8 Eggs; scrambled
6 ouncesOrganic Pork Breakfast Sausage; Organic Prairie
1/2 cupcooked broccoli
1/2 cupcooked cauliflower
4 ouncescooked carrots
2 ouncesDaiya Mozzarella Cheese

Egg and Veggie Pie Preparation

Brown the sausage in skillet. Chop veggies and add to sausage mixture. Coat bottom of 9 inch pie plate with coconut oil. Add veggies. Sprinkle Daiya cheese on top. Add egg mixture. Bake in oven 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
