| 1 lbGround turkey (I used lean) |
| 1 Egg |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
| 1 1/2 cCooked wildrice |
Turkey and Wildrice Burgers Preparation
I made these yesterday, copying the idea from a version available at our local Byerlys Grocery stores (Minnesota). Very simple, and the perfect companion for sweet potatoes and gravy.
