Servings          
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tbspApple cider vinegar
1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil
2 tbspDijon mustard
1 tspGround cumin
1 tbspPaprika
Salt & pepper; to taste
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
3 tbspChipotles, canned in adobo sauce; minced
2 tspFresh lemon juice
4 boneless chicken breasts

Spicy Marinaded Chicken Preparation

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and combine.

Place chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag and add marinade mixture. Aggitate to cover breasts, and place in refrigerator for 3-8 hours.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Remove chicken from marinade and place in a 9X12 baking dish. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes.

Remove and serve.

Notes

I made this with red beans and rice, and it came out fantastic.
