"Main dishes" and "Poultry" are two of the tags cooks chose for Turkey Broccoli Casserole."Easy to prep, and great for turkey or chicken leftovers. I used fresh broccoli over frozen, and steamed it for 10 minutes to get it started so that it would still have some life after baking. The other trick I used with this recipe is that most of the cheese was added between the broccoli and turkey layers - so that it wouldn't harden on the top. The kids and husband seemed to like it too. I expect we'll make it again after next Thanksgiving." - RaynDragon
