Delicious Veggie Burger (toasted cashews - lentils - mushroom)

Veggie Burgers Preparation
Toast cashew nuts in a pan, reserve
Cook onion, garlic and mushroom in a pan in olive oil, Reserve
Blend onion, mushroom, garlic and lentils in a food processor
Remove from food processor and mix bread crumbs, parmesan and fresh coriander.
Adjust consistency with more bread crumbs and parmesan as desired.
Make four patties with the mixture.
Fry in a pan in olive oil.
Melt a cheese slice on top of each one.
Toast buns.
Serve with favorite condiment
Tomato, lettuce, bacon, mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc
Notes
