|2 1. Lb eachLoaves frozen white bread dough; Thawed|
|1/2 Lbpork sausage; Mild|
|1/2 Lbpork sausage; Hot|
|1 -1/2 cupsMushrooms; Diced fresh|
|1/2 cupOnion; Chopped|
|2-1/2 cupsFresh mozzarella cheese; Shreded|
|1 teaspoonDried basil|
|1 teaspoonParsley flakes; Dried|
|1 teaspoonDried rosemary; Crushed|
|1 teaspoonGarlic powder|
Breakfast Sausage Bread Preparation
Allow dough to rise until nearly doubled.
Meanwhile , in a skillet ov medium heat,cook and crumble sausage. Add mushrooms and onion.
Cook ans stir until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender; drain , cool.
Beat one egg and set aside.
Add 2 eggs to sausage mixture , chesse and seasonings; mix well
Roll each each loaf of dough into a 16 in X 12 in. Rectangle
Spread half the sausage mixture on each loaf to within 1 inch of the edges .
Roll up jelly-roll style , starting at a narrow end ;seal edges .
Place on a greased baking sheet . Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes ; brush with beaten egg.
Bake 5 - 10 minutes more or until golden brown .
