Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine the onions, mayonnaise, and grated cheeses and stir until well blended. Place in a large baking dish or divide among 4-ounce individual ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour, until bubbly and light brown on top. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. If there is too much grease, spoon off and discard or absorb the excess in paper towels and discard. Serve with fresh crackers or fresh bread.
Makes 5 cups.
