Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 poundground beef
1 packagetaco seasoning mix
1 cupbisquick
1/3 cupwater; cold
3/4 cupcheddar cheese; shredded
sour cream; for garnish
tomato; for garnish

Bisquick Taco Sandwiches Preparation

Cook ground beef according to taco seasoning instructions. Mix with taco seasoning.

Mix Bisquick and water until dough forms. Spread dough in greased 8x8 pan. Spread beef over dough.

Bake at 425-450 degrees about 25 minutes. Edges should be brown and middle should be done. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook additional one minute, until cheese is melted.

Cut into squares and garnish with sour cream and tomato.
