Original recipe makes 6 Servings
32 ozbag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb.sausage; cooked
1 mediumonion; diced
1 1/2 Ccheese; shredded
12 Eggs
1 C.Milk
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp.pepper

Slow Cooker Western Omelet Casserole Preparation

Layer one third each of frozen potatoes, meat, onions, and cheese in bottom of slow cooker.

Repeat two times.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour over mixture in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours.

Not bad, but not great either..mostly a potato dish, didn't taste the egg at all. I loved having it cook in the slow cooker all night, but my family wouldn't eat the leftovers, so this mom has to let this one go:(.
