Ham and Potato Scallop Preparation
Cut ham into serving or bite-sized pieces. Place HALF the potatoes in greased 2qt casserole. Cover with ham pieces. Place remaining potatoes and top with mixture of soup, milk, onion, green pepper, and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
QUICK COOK METHOD: Cover and microwave on high for 20 minutes. Then bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes
