Soften gelatin in apricot liquid for 5 minutes. Heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Puree apricots and banana in blender. Add gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch pan. Cover and freeze until icy. Beat in bowl until frothy. Cover and refreeze in pan. Serves 12 (one half cup per serving)
