This version of the popular fruit salad is a staple at Easter and Christmas dinners in my family, and delights sweet-tooth kids as well as health-conscious adults. Vegan and naturally sweet.
Combine the fruits in a large bowl. If you're not looking for a vegan recipe, add the mini marshmallows as well.
In a smaller bowl, mix the extracts and water until combined.
Pour this mix over the fruit(/marshmallows) and toss.
If not serving immediately, cover and place in the refrigerator. If you don't mind it being non-vegan, top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream!
