2. Dust chicken with flour, dip in beaten egg then bread crumbs, refrigerate 1-hour
3. Heat Oil and saut? chicken till golden about 5 mins. each side, keep warm in pre heated 350? oven
4. Remove all but 2 tble. of oil from pan, turn heat to high add shallots 1- minute add white wine reduced by half add broth 1 minute
5. Add mushrooms, butter, S & P, cook 5 minutes
