In a mixing bowl, beat egg & add bread cubes. Add enough
milk to moisten. Add ground beef & chopped onion; mix well
using hands if necessary. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Shape into loaf; place in crock-pot. Top with ketchup; enough to
cover the entire top. Cook on low for approx. 8 - 12 hours.
