Baked Pork Chops Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). I used toast oven.
2. Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with salt, suger, white pepper, soy sauce, wine, a little rice vinger. then let them all sit in a bowl for 20-30 minutes.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn around for another 30 minutes.
You can dip them in bread crumb then bake them. Since my girl does not like bread crumb, I avoid that step.
4. decorate the top with celery leaf or herb you have.
