Beets, Pear and Walnut Gorgonzola Salad Preparation
Cut beets in small cubes and put it in a bowl. Squeeze orange and let it sit for couple minutes. In a large bowl, toss salad with the dressing.
To arrange, simply put dressed salad in a plate. Place some beets around the plate and pile up the rest in the center of the salad. Top with the walnut and dried pears. Drizzle left over orange juice.
