| 1 inch pieceginger; (sliced and smashed) |

| 2 scallions; (cut into 1 inch think diagonals) |
| 10 drumsticks |
Chinese style baked chicken drumstick Preparation
make 1 or 2 deep slashed on the thickest part of the drumstick. Put into a gallon size zip lock bag; pour into sauce and marinate overnight.
