Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 1 largeegg white |
| 1 piececiabatta bread |
| 8 leavesspinach |
| 3 mediumsun dried tomatoes |
| 1 slicecheddar cheese |
| 1 tsppesto |
Breakfast Sandwich Preparation
Fry egg white in circular mold. Split ciabatta bread. Add spinach, cheddar, pesto and sun dried tomatoes. Toast with top on bread. After toasting, open sandwich and place egg in center. Replace top and eat.
