Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1/4 cupLime Juice
1/2 cupsugar
1 cupmayonnaise
1 headcabbage; sliced very thin (I use pre-cut)
3/4 cupcilantro; chopped

Creamy Cilantro Coleslaw Preparation

Mix together lime and sugar and let sit, until sugar has melted. Add mayo and whisk. Combine with cabbage and cilantro and serve.
