Orange Tailgate Salad
|1 Bunch leaf lettuce|
|Bunch red grapes|
|Bunch green grapes|
|6 Large oranges, peeled and sliced|
|2 Bananas, peeled and sliced|
|2 Star fruit, prepared and sliced|
|2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced|
|2 pintStrawberries, hulled|
|6 Peaches, cut into chunks|
|1 Pineapple, cut into chunks|
|1 Canteloupe, cut into chunks|
|1 Melon, cut into chunks|
|-- Dipping Sauce --|
|1 8 ozCream cheese|
|1 7 ozFluff|
Orange Tailgate Salad Preparation
Any combination of fruit prepared and spread onto greens on large platter;
Mix cream cheese and Fluff together; put in bowl as dipping sauce or have people drizzle over their fruit.
- I was able to cut up fruit night before and store in fridge, EXCEPT for bananas. I left those as LAST thing to add to platter, before serving; the bananas look mushey if cut too soon; cutting up at very last minute before serving made platter look all the better.
