In a stainless steel bowl or plastic resealable bag, combine first 6 ingredients. Add the tuna and let marinate for 20 minutes. Broil or grill the tuna 6 inches from the heat source for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook until done as desired (some people prefer their tuna more rare than others do). jezica1 2 years agoThis was simple, delicious, and quick. I stir fried some vegetables and made some raven noodles to accompany it. Our family of 5 was very pleased, even the kids.

Melonsugar 3 years agoI served tuna over an Asian salad. I recommend reserving some of the marinade (strained) to drizzle over tuna and greens. The broiler method was easy, although I recommend 4 minutes per side. I did 5 and felt it was a bit too done. A very enjoyable meal.
promfh 7 years agoBe vary careful not to overcook the tuna. It should still be pink inside.
