6 largeEggs; hardboiled
1-2 tablespoonsMayonnaise
1 squeezeFresh lemon juice
2 stalkscelery; chopped
1/2 bunchchives; chopped
lettus or spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Egg Salad Sandwich Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except spinach. Make sandwhich.
