Delicious mexican casserole for dinner
*Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
*Cook then drain ground beef
*Stir in enchilada sauce, choppen green chilies, and cream of mushroom and let simmer for 5 minutes
*Meanwhile, tear about 6 corn tortillas in half then in half again. Cover/line the bottom of your casserole dish with corn tortillas
*Pour half of the meat mixture on top of the corn tortillas, cover with cheese. Then layer corn tortillas, remaining meat mixture, and cheese again.
*Place in oven for 30 minutes
**We enjoy this casserole with tortilla chips or wrapped in flour tortilla shells.
