Thick sauce without all the time!
Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a large pot and heat through. I would usually cook for about an hour after I add the meatballs (and if desired, cooked italian sausage).
Meatballs: Mix all ingredients together well. Preheat oven to 425. Make into meatballs and place on cookie sheet greased with olive oil. bake 20 - 25 minutes until done. Add to sauce.
