CORNBREAD PUDDING Preparation
MIX ALL INGREDIANTS IN AND PUT IN GREASED PAN & BAKE @ 425 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE OVEN LET IT COOL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVING SO IT CAN SET UP.
IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL IF YOU DON'T LET IT COOL FOR 10 MINUTES, IT'S JUST A LITTLE RUNNY, BUT STILL TASTE VERY GOOD.
My Mother-in-law makes this & it is great.
