| 3 poundsGranziano's Sausage |
| 3 poundsGround beef |
| 1 largeOnion |
| 4 eachEggs |
| 2 tablespoonsSteak Seasoning |
| BBQ Sauce |
| 1 cupDry bread crumbs |
| 8 ouncesItalian 3 cheese |
| 2 tablespoonsGarlic powder |
| 5 EachSweet wax bannana peppers |
BBQ Meatloaf Preparation
Setting BBQ sauce aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and form in loaves.
Place in pre-heated smoker/oven at 210 degrees. Cook until you reach an internal temp of 150 degrees.
Coat meatloaf with BBQ sauce and place back in smoker/oven at 250 degrees.
Cook untill sauce becomes tacky, aprox 20 to 25 min.
