this is made in our smoker but can easily be made in an oven.

3 poundsGranziano's Sausage
3 poundsGround beef
1 largeOnion
4 eachEggs
2 tablespoonsSteak Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
1 cupDry bread crumbs
8 ouncesItalian 3 cheese
2 tablespoonsGarlic powder
5 EachSweet wax bannana peppers

BBQ Meatloaf Preparation

Setting BBQ sauce aside.

Combine remaining ingredients and form in loaves.

Place in pre-heated smoker/oven at 210 degrees. Cook until you reach an internal temp of 150 degrees.

Coat meatloaf with BBQ sauce and place back in smoker/oven at 250 degrees.

Cook untill sauce becomes tacky, aprox 20 to 25 min.
