Suggest a better description1. In a large pot, cook onions and butter until soft
2. Drizzle with Olive Oil and cook for an additional 15 minutes
3. Add broth, water, salt & pepper. Cover and let cook for 30 minutes
4. Ladle soup into ramekins. Place croutons on top (optional, leave out if cooking for low carb).
5. Cover with cheese.
6. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve Immediately.
