Southern style grouper (or other white fish) with yummy, spicy sauce
SAUCE:
mayonaise
dry vermouth
seeded dijon mustard
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon juice
salt & pepper
garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
whisk together in a big bowl. serve over pan fried white fish.
FISH:
6 oz/serving
dredge in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, Cayenne, garlic powder
sear top and bottom on the stove (approximately 2 minutes/side), finish in a 375 oven (3-4 minutes)
Make the sauce first so it's ready to go on the fish when it comes out of the oven.
