Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 poundGround Turkey
1 cloveGarlic; minced to a paste
1/2 inchGinger; minced
1 Scallion, white part only; minced
Freshly ground pepper; to taste
Kosher Salt; to taste
Crushed red pepper; to taste
dashReduced-sodium soy sauce
1 packageWhole wheat buns
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
1 poundFingerling potatoes; quartered on long axis
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 Scallion, green part only; sliced
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper; to taste
Kosher Salt; to taste

Turkey Burgers with Fingerling Potatoes Preparation

Burgers - Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make 4 medium patties. Heat grill, griddle, or cast iron pan and brush burgers with olive oil and grill/pan saute until done (approximately 5 minutes per side).

Fries - Toss potatoes in olive oil with pepper and salt and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, turning once. Saute garlic in olive oil for approximately one minute. Toss baked fries with garlic and scallion.
