Great Breakfast/Brunch dish.
1. Butter a deep rectangular 8x12 inch or 9x13 baking dish 2. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of dish: sprinkle with cheese. 3. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper. Pour over bread cubes. 4. Sprinkle mixture with crumbed bacon, sliced mushrooms and chopped tomatoes. 5. Cover and chill for 24 hrs. 6. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for one hour at 325F. Check after 45 minutes. If top is browning too fast, tent loosely with foil for remaining 15 min.
