A satisfying meal which if prepared with low fat items and lean ground beef is only 290 calories per half cup serving. My wife and I will serve ourselves a serving and a half or a total of 10.5 wwpoints.

| 1 1/4 poundslean ground beef; (prefer sirloin) |
| 2 clovesFresh garlic, peeled; minced |
| 3 8 oz cansTomato sauce |
| 1/2 tspsugar |
| 1/2 Tspsalt |
| 1/8 tsppepper |
| 1 8 oz packageLight cream cheese |
| 1 cupRicotta Cheese part skim |
| 1/4 cupReduced fat sour cream |
| 3 Green onions |
| 2/3 cupReduced Fat Cheddar cheese |
Hamburger noodle casserole (1 cup serving) Preparation
Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook beef and garlic until No longer pink. Stir in the tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Drain noodles and add to meat mixture.
In a small mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and sour cream until blended. Stir in half the onions.
Spoon in half the noodle mixture into a 13x9 sprayed baking dish. Next spread cheese mixture over noodles and cover with remaining noodle mixture.
Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
