|1/2 cupCanola Oil|
|1/2 cupMaple syrup|
|1/2 cupBrown sugar|

|1 tablespoonSteak sauce|
|1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce|
|20 ouncesBBQ Sauce; Sweet Baby Rays|
|16 ouncesFrench Dressing|
|1/2 teaspoonKosher Salt|
|1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper|
BBQ Ribs Preparation
In a large pot saute onions, peppers, and garlic in cooking oil until onions are transparent.
Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, steak sauce, and worchestire sauce. Mix well and add onions to mixture. Add BBQ sauce and dressing to onion mixture.
On grill brown ribs on the outside but do not cook them. Whenribs are brown add them to mixture and cook covered for 3 hours on low heat.
