7 BreastChicken breasts boneless and skinless; Cooked and tour in pieces
2 EachGranny Smith Apples; Chopped
1 cupDark raisins
1 cupGolden raisins
2 stalksCelery; Chopped
1 cupMayonnaise
1.5 cupOrange juice
2 tablespoonsTarragon
24 eachLettuce Romain

Cowboy Ed's Chicken Salad Preparation

Boil chicken until cooked, then drain and cool

Tear chicken apart into small pieces

Add chicken and all other ingredients into bowl and mix well.

Served on Romain lettuces slices
