An easy way to make enchiladas.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and salsa and set aside. Place two tortillas, overlapping as necessary in the bottomw of a greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Cover with one third of the meat mixture, top with 1 cup corn, and sprinkle with one third cup cheese. Repeat the layers once and then top with remaining tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
