Mix rhubarb, sugar, flour, eggs and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Prepare topping by combining all ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie.
Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake a further 90 minutes.
If pie crust is browning too quickly reduce heat to 350 degrees and place foil around the edge of the pie crust.
