3 poundsMeat; (chuck roast or ground beef)
1 cupOnion; chopped
1 1/2 cupKetchup
1 cupWater
1/4 cupBrown sugar
2 tablespoonVinegar
2 tablespoonLemon juice
4 teaspoonMustard
2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce

BBQ Preparation

Combine ingredients in a pot and allow to simmer.
