Super easy bread recipe
Mix dry ingredients then add water. Mix well but not too much. Leave uncovered for at least 2 hours to rise. Once risen you can bake but easier to “work with” when it has been refrigerated first. Once refrigerated dough can store for up to 2 weeks with a cover (like a dinner plate over a bowl) but not a sealed cover. Pre heat oven to 450 and pull out dough to shape into small grapefruits (flour hands and board to avoid stickiness) slit top of bread with 3 knife slices (to let gas out). Place in oven with cup of water in a pan to add steam to bake. Bake for 30 minutes. After pulling out of oven let sit for additional 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
