| 2 cupsPart Skim Mozzarella Cheese; shredded and divided |
| 1/2 cupSour cream |
| 1/4 cupParmesan cheese grated; divided |
| 1/4 teaspoonGround black pepper |
| 3 clovesGarlic cloves; crushed |
| 14 ouncesArtichoke hearts; drained and chopped |
| 16 ouncesLight cream cheese; softened (2 blocks) |
| 10 ouncesChopped Spinach; Frozen, thawed, drained and squeezed dry |
| 1 bagCorn tortilla chips |
Spinach and Artichoke Dip Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tbs Parmesan, and next 6
ingredients (2 tbs Parmesan through spinach) in a large bowl, and stir until
well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle w/ 1/2
cup mozzarella and 2 tbs Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or
until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield 5 1/2 cups
(serving size 1/4 cup dip)
