Do-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
Original recipe makes 12 Servings
| 8 largePotatoes |
| 2 packages (3 oz each)Cream cheese; softened |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1 teaspoonOnion powder |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| dashPepper |
| dashNutmeg |
| 3 tablespoonsButter or margarine |
Do-Ahead Mashed Potatoes Preparation
Cook potatoes in salted water until done. Drain and mash with remaining ingredients until smooth. Place in cake pan and refrigerate until ready to serve. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
