Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese. Yum!
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Pierce potatoes and bake for 1 hour.
3. Remove and reduce heat to 375 degrees.
4. Cut potatoes in half (be careful, they're hot), and remove pulp.
5. Mash pulp with cheese, onion, garlic, and pepper.
6. Fill potato shells and bake for 25 minutes.
**Can be wrapped and frozen after step 5. To prepare, remove from freezer, thaw, and bake for 25-30 minutes at 375.
